Following on from my Morning skincare regime, I wanted to also share my nightly regime with you as well.

Your evening regime is so incredibly important as this clears off the dirt and oils for the day and helps prevent longer term damage.

None of us want to be putting on lots of different products when we’re tired and ready for sleep, so I suggest doing y0ur skincare earlier in the evening. I tend to do mine around 7pm, once I know I won’t be going out again but I’m not shattered yet.

Create a routine and stick to it. Your skin will thank you in the long run…

Firstly, I double cleanse with my ZO exfoliating cleanser. The first cleanse is to remove any make-up, dirt and oils that are on my skin from the day and the second one is to clean and exfoliate my skin. This cleanser both rids the skin of dirt and oils but also unclogs the pores, leaving you with that wonderful clean skin feeling.

Next, I tend to mix up what products I use on different nights so that I can gain different benefits depending on what my skin needs.

I love to use both the ZO Growth Factor Serum and the Dr Levy Intense Stem Cell Enriched Booster Cream. Both of these products are wonderful.

Once or twice a week. I love to go to bed in the Dr Levy cell matrix mask. This is wonderful and contains a long list of incredibly ingredients designed to really hydrate and plump my skin.

 

 

If my skin is feeling at all dry, sensitive or in need of some TLC, I always reach for ZO Recovery Cream. This product restores moisture, smooths the skin and promotes resiliency whilst calming any visible redness. I call this product my cashmere blanket as it so soothing and comforting.

I then like to use the Growth Factor Eye Serum around my eyes which increases fibroblast division and increases production of Type 1 collagen. This improves the skin density around the eyes.

In around 20 years, I have never skipped my evening regime. It can feel difficult to start but once you get into the habit it becomes like brushing your teeth before bed – completely automatic.

It is important to listen to what your skin needs and if you feel you need to change what you’re putting on it then you probably should.
